Shipping Notice

As you are one of the first ever people to receive a DOUBL bra, please note that your order could take from 2 weeks to up to 2 months to be delivered. This timing begins after you have submitted your measurements through the DOUBL app, therefore we recommend doing your scan as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after your purchase, a measurement confirmation in the app, and an e-mail once your bra has been made and shipped to you. If you have not received your order after 2 months contact us at hello@doubl.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada. Please check our website regularly for any changes.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@doubl.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

We want to make sure that you have a bra that provides you with the perfect fit. If your bra has a fit issue please contact us at hello@doubl.ca and we will find a way to remedy the issue. More details about refunds, returns and exchanges can be found on our refund policy page.
